Yeah apparently there's a test in wk 4 (next wk).

From the course outline:

In-semester Test No. 1 will be held in the Applications Lecture sessions this week. You must attend the lecture session you are enrolled in. This test will include material covered in Weeks 1-3 only.

Hope its multiple choice!

30 questions.
I did MKTG101 in summer school.
It's very easy trust me. A lot of common sense.

Got 26/30 or something if i recall.
