Hi can someone please help me solve this question

An astronaut of mass 60kg becomes separated from her spaceship. She is 15m from the ship, and in an attempt to get back, she throws her 1kg oxygen tank with a speed of 2m/s in a direction away from the ship.

a)Find the total initial momentum of the oxygen tank and astronaut.

b)What is the total final momentum? Why?

c)What is her velocity after throwing the tank?

d)How long does she take to reach the ship?

pLEASE HELP ME!

Sorry I cannot spend enough time to sit down and type it all out :(

But you will need to use the formula for conservation of momentum in the first question:
i.e.

sum of initial momentums = sum of final momentums.

You will hopefully be able to work the rest out... Sorry, but I don't have time :) I had issues with this at the start of the course as well.
