It depends on the actual percentage/you need to know how rank 1/average is doing percentage wise.
rank 1 could be really bad (meaning low atar), and just be beating everyone, or be doing really good, and either just beating everyone or way ahead.
your assessment rank is no indicator at this stage of your atar (although the higher rank student obviously will get a higher atar than the lower ranked student)

My guess, which could be widely off.
Student 1: 96-98
Student 2: 92-94 (since maths 2u will most likely count)
Student 3: 94.50-96.50
