Multiculturalism only works if the assumption that there is no difference between races holds true. Science has shown us that people of different races do not mix compatibly with together due to the vast difference in genetics.
For example, Australians do not mix with Asians because genetically, Australians enjoy drinking beer and talking about things such as sport. Asians, by nature, enjoy eating rice and talking about communism.
There have been attempts from both sides to 'convert' each other but due to the differences in our genetic makeup, this has always been unsuccessful.
Also, jews and germans, as shown in WWII, are not compatible. This is because Germans are genetically programed to only be accepting of Aryans and Jews are genetically programed to be good with finances.
There are many other examples I could give you, but overall, Multiculturalism is a flawed, utopian ideology which has been proved by science to be impossible.
