So, now that uni / school has started back im dealing with the nausea ive always gotten again. Ive felt it since around year 10.

If i wake up early, say before 12, i feel nauseous regardless of how long ive slept, and it slowly subsides as it gets later into the afternoon. In the holidays when im waking up around 1 or 2, i feel completely fine, its just mornings that my body doesnt agree with

I've read that anxiety / depression can cause it, although i rarely feel overly depressed or anxious. I have no other symptoms of GERD, and the nausea from that shouldnt be restricted to the mornings. I'm not on any meds.

so yeah, im at a loss for whats causing it. Anyone else experience this / know whats going on?

I get this too, often complimented by a nice headache, though for me it's often attribuited to a lack of sleep

Could be GERD, everyones symptoms are different. I get my symptoms mostly in the morning and when I've got an empty stomach.

Either way, see a doctor.. Its chronic.

yeah id go and see a doc. YOu could try having some camomille tea when you wake up as thats good for nausea apparently.

Maybe your iron levels are too low and so you wak up feeling dizzy? Does it get worse before or after your periods?
