hey, i want to move out of home close to UTS would be good as i am hoping to do uni there next year. But not particularly fussed as long as its close to transport, close to city and is less then $100 a week

Try maybe an apartment in say Glebe or Newtown maybe? Look on the message boards at UTS there is always heaps of places posted up.
