I kinda suck at computer and I am a bit nervous that I'll struggle when i'm doing interior design by using computer, such as photoshop and all that . Is there a special computer lecture in UTS that supports the students who need some computer skills for their course??

Hey there,

I'll be in 2nd year interior design this year, 2009. Yes, we do
have a computer class in 1st year, most likely you'll also have this in 2nd
semester.

We went through Photoshop, Sketch-up, and a more
advanced design program called Vectorworks...all of which I had
absolutely no experience in--> making me very worried at first(!). But we went through step by step
in classes, and the design labs are open for design students, even
on weekends for you to practise, work on projects etc.

If you put the effort in and are genuinely interested in learning, then
you'll be fine. You can always ask tutors and other students for
assistance. :)
