After watching the video on IGN I haven't a doubt that this will be a really cool way to play games. I can't wait for it. Imagine swinging the controller like an actual sword. Dodge and parrying with it too. It moves in real 3d space. So you don't just move to side to side but Forwards and backwards too. The possibilities are endless. Plus extra attachments for it, and you can always connect a Gemcube controller to the Revolution anyway.

I depends how accurate it is though. It would be annoying to think your pointing at one place when it is acctually pointing elsewhere.

Crazy stuff. It looks like it's fun enough to use, but I really wonder about comfort for extended periods of play. One of the things I like about a normal controller is that you can rest it in your lap, lie down, or whatever, and still use it just fine. This doesn't look like that'll be quite possible, or at least not as easy.

Another concern is that you'll look like a mong sitting in the loungeroom swinging a remote control around your head like some sort of demented barbarian.

On the other hand though, ten points for trying something different. I'm not convinced that it's a good idea, but I'll reserve final judgement till I've checked one out.

nintendo rocks, they can revolutionise porno games,
like a chick can play a porno game by inserting dildo shaped controllers inside them and the sensors will measuer excitement levels and the higher it is, the more points u get...Or the controller has a camera...imagine!!! The revolution has so many possibilities for porno games. I recon they are gonna make a big ass fortune. you will be able to buy a female / male controller, each with special sensors, hence making ur lonely nights no more...

...Cause the revolution is here, it will allow Cyber games, where u can choose to be any game character, u will be able to enlarge ur breasts/ other pieces by earning pts via wat the controller rates u!!!!

as u can see, nintendo is intentionally doing this with the DS as well, making touch games, like touch sexual positions. nintendo DS, even has the microphone for horny sounds...

I tell u, the possibilites are endless
