whats difference between B Nursing (Advanced studies) and B Health science/M nursing in syd uni?
which ones good and what do i end up doing?

what are the choices?
can i transfer to other course from B Nursing (Advanced studies)?

You will get the training/skills/knowledge to apply as a registered nurse after both degrees. As for the differences between the two I cannot say much so you will have to call the School of Nursing or do your own research on the Sydney University website. The double degree would mean you are at uni longer. As for transferring courses you are able to but be mindful some courses do not allow internal transfers and hence you will need to apply through the UAC once more.
