PDHPE Enrichment Day (1 Viewer)

Did anyone else go to the PDHPE Enrichment Day? I went to the one held at UWS South Werrington today.
I thought it was pretty shit! The parts of the cores they went over were the easiest and most comprehended (for me) elements of the topic! For example, while energy systems is one of the most important parts of Factors Affecting Performance, I was hoping to do at least some work on the other parts such as motivation, reinforcement, arousal etc. The booklet is pretty crap too.

In general, I thought it was a wasted day and waste of $40.

i didnt mind the exam technique session but i was expecting more out of the day aswell. i went to the canberra day. i was saying it was a waste of money but i suppose you dont know what your geting untiol u get it. i didnt take much from it but i suppose people who arent that confident with pe would have got something??
