hi evryone
jst wondering. how much weight did everyone gain
i've JUST startd yr12 and ive already gained shitloads. wanna brace myself for whats to come hahahah. fk oath.......fat..

I remained at my normal weight throughout the HSC year. Just eat normally and healthily and exercise when you can.

Errmm... unless you are lazy and don't study I don't get how u can actually gain weight during the HSC, i lost 2kgs during my HSC year and during the 3 weeks of the HSC exam I lost a further 3kgs. The stress eats away at you...

i was so stressed that i lost weight. 4kgs in total.

Bah, I gained like five kilos over the year.

Instead of anxiety related weight loss and I had anxiety related weight gain.

But now its all over, Ive already started losing it again!

I lost about 5 kilos. It's really weird how much weight that stress can make you lose.

I lost a few, probably 3kg. I blame the weird sleeping routine i adopted during the HSC >.>

i've piled on about 5kgs since i stopped going to martial arts classes in August 08. my weight up until the trials was about 70kg. after that, i wasn't eating properly and lacked sleep, and lost that 5kgs (by the end of hsc)

Haha, from October 22nd to the November 2nd (that glorious day on which I finished my HSC!!) I lost 4 kgs.
That was COMPLETELY anxiety related, lol.
I didn't sleep properly, and really didn't feel like eating much for 2 weeks.

But all up over my HSC year I ended up loosing 12kgs. Surprisingly all of it was blubber lost (yay!), and I gained some muscle, (but not much - around one kilo?). But that was just because of lifestyle changes, and looking after myself through the year.

So yeah, don't let HSC be an excuse to pork up!!

Take this as an opportunity to learn some great time management. If you can stay healthy this year it's a great practise for balancing work and socialising and uni later on =]

And you've only just started your HSC? There's a lot more to come, so why not use these hols to get into a health and fitness regime?!
