what is teh difference between the process of producing high density and low density polyethylene

do they both use initiation propegation and termination

yes they do but for LDPE- peroxide initiator is used and the process is carried out in excess of 300C and 100-300 MPa
HDPE- uses a ziegler-natta catalyst, a few atmospheres of pressure and a temperature of around 60C

btw u have the catalysts the wrong way around LDPE=organic peroxide
HDPE= ziegler natter
