Can someone please explain it to me. I understand all the different powers but i dont see what the advantage of it is? Does it have any relationship with chain of command or span of control? I understand that scientific is the best way of doing things and behavioral is the democratic approach of finding the most productive method, so whats politicals one?
As you can see im really lost with it, so feel free to ignore my questions if they make no sense, but i would appreciate any insight.
