Who are politicians really working for, are they working for us the Australian public, or some corporations.
Why are politicians jumping on the world stage, why do they love the united nations.
I mean you can completely bi-pass canberra if your a local councilor that wants to jump on to the international stage and have cocktails. All you have to do is win the Sustainability award for you area.

Can you please give specific examples and source them on the net? Otherwise other members will think they're allowed to make a thread and rant vaguely about issues and expect the thread to thrive.
