heya does anyone know of an example of powerplay in the news right now? or any events that relate to the question 'who's really in charge?'

[1] the bush/howard debate (about how everyone thought howard was just following bush's lead), or
[2] the crean/beazley leadership battle

do you need something that's currently on the news right now? what's the assessment for? i wrote a speech analysing roosevelt's pearl harbour speech, (how he used rhetorics to manipulate the audience) i could send it to you if you like.

i've already finished the assessment toodulu but thanx anyway!! we had to write an article titled 'Who's Really in Charge?' we needed another text to supplemt our other ones, 'Yes Minister' and 'Antony and Cleopatra' so i chose a political cartoon depicting George Bush with Cheney, Powell and Rice pulling the strings.
