some prisoners rights:
*right of silence
*right to be taken before a justice or be released on bail
*right to be told to the right of silence
*The police usually allow a suspect to obtain legal advice, but this is not a right.
*legal representation- a de facto right (Dietrich v Queen 1992)

regarding the other questions, you should do some research and formulate your own opinion about the issue and answer with reference to legislation, cases, media reports and documents.
