I put (A) but alot of people i talked to put (C). I think the evaluation doesn't count. The system is already finished after 7 weeks, and the evalution takes place after it's already been implemented.
Also, in the last bullet point about evaluation it already referred to it as "the network upgrade" which suggests that it's already finished...

What does everyone else think?

I would think evaluating is still part of the upgrade, because if determines that the original objectives arent met, then you start all over again.

The correct answer is A.

REASON
  • Designing documentation - 1 Week
  • Research And Developement - 3 Weeks
  • Designing Solutions - 2 Weeks
  • Installation - 1 Week
  • WE ARE NOW AT 7 WEEKS (IT GETS TRICKY HERE)
  • After all instalations are complete (after 5 weeks) we have upgrade and evaluation for 2 weeks, therefore the upgrades and evaluations finish at the 7 week mark.
Hope this helped :)
The last 2 weeks still count, evaluation is part of the upgrade

The question asks for the minimum number of weeks for the network upgrade, not the installation.

"the network upgrade will undergo an evaluation". That means that the network upgrade is already finished when the evaluation starts.

Wrong again, the evaluation is not in the instalation, the instalation is in the IMPLEMENTING stage not the Testing, evaluating and maintaining stage.

Are you serious? No they aren't...

  1. Design and documentation - 1 week - 1 week so far
  2. Followed by research and dev - 3 weeks - 4 weeks so far
  3. Then design the solution - 2 weeks - 6 weeks so far
  4. Installation of cables - 1 week - 7 weeks so far
  5. Installation of software took place after research and dev - still 7 weeks
  6. Evaluation - 2 weeks - 9 weeks
Please note the last installation took place at 7 WEEKS

9 weeks = C
