Hi guz i have an awesome text called Radiology 101 it contains a lot of images of the types xray images you will encounter and the basics in understanding in how to intepret what you are looking at. I'm selling it for $60 it usually goes for a whole lot more. Its a first year text ideal for 1st and second semester but more for 1st semester. PM if interested.
