correcting your spelling so that others can read it is the first step 
writing a reflective piece is like when someone reminises about what they've done in the past, and in terms of journeys, this would've involved how the traveller experienced growth and change. so what u would do is talk about how they were at the beginning of the story, and show how they changed. in a reflection, u should mention how the traveller acknowledges how he/she has grown and how far they've come in their journey.
remember a journey doesnt always have to be physical...it could be an inner journey, in which the traveller experienced a self-realisation or awareness. if ur finding it hard to write about a physical journey, try writing an inner journey story, cos its often easier and effective.
