hey guys are the machine in coles and woolworths the same? i know coles and bi-lo is the same..but they are the same company!

Unfortunately not, still the same 30 year old ones. I just had training as a xmas casual and the registers are terrible! They sooo not user friendly, what information and I suppose to get from that one line screen, pissed me right off!

They said new registers will be introduced next year.

Coles have the better registers with scales built in to the scanner, and ones that only ask for Cash Out if the person is using CHQ or SAV.

i jus thout that the staff at coles is soo borin.. and they always look bored and shit lol while at woolies i think workin. would be more fun as theres more people of the youner aje and stuff.. and they look like they are smilin more and havin a bit of fun.. so id rather work at woolies but the pay at coles is better. i think..

Eh I think this is very generalised and does vary from store to store.. I think the complete opposite.. but then again I do also think that at 90% of stores the operaters are all bored and unenthusiastic..
