Related Text for The Motorcycle Diaries? (1 Viewer)

Hi, I realise that this is possibly the millionth thread about related texts for discovery, but I was wondering if anyone who had read "The Secret History" by Donna Tartt thinks that it would be an appropriate related text for both discovery and in relation to "The Motorcycle Diaries"? I know that "The Goldfinch" is another text of Donna Tartt's that is recommended for discovery but as it is quite a large text, I thought that as I had read "The Secret History" I might be able to use that as it does represent some aspects of discovery although I'm not sure if it will meet a majority of the syllabus dot points.
If anyone would be able to recommend anything else, I would really appreciate it!
