Okay, im confused rite. They say in business they like to see report type essays etc rite... so fair enough in the report question thats what you do, but in the last question the essay, can u still do a report type answer, or do u a plain essay? or do u do an essay and put subheadings to make it easier to read? like what are our limits?

it' an essay with headings basically..

You should write a essay like you would in english. Put in headings if you feel it is necessary to separate parts of your essay. You are also able to highlight, underline any part of the essay. So I usually highlight the important parts of the essay, like the headings and key terms such as marketing strategies etc.
Our teacher who marks the HSC said that most examiners will usually glance over your essay once before they start marking it. So if they glance over your essay and can see the key terms highlighted that are related to the essay, they automatically feel that the essay has answered the question and that works in your advantage.
