Would somebody please be able to show me how to do this question:

Find the value of k if the roots of x^2 - kx + 3k = 0 are the reciprocal of each other.

roots are A, 1/A

sum of roots = A + 1/A = -b/a = k

product of roots = A * 1/A = 1 = c/a = 3k

3k = 1 so k = 1/3
