okaii really quickly!...

• should i adopt a business report format or an essay format (really comfortable with essay cause of economics and modern e.t.c)

• Should i use multiple case studies...i kno 2 case studies for every topic area...should i use both of them..or is it better to nail 1?

Essay format is fine for section 4, it's section 3 where report format is necessary.

I would say put in as many case study examples as you can. Having two is far better than just one.
