Hi kids. Since today is the starting date for their appearance (read: we should get them in a month) I'm making this thread.

Expected marks:
MKTG1002 - 80% D (anywhere from 79-83 is probable)
GOVT1406 - 70% C (anywhere from 69 lol - 72 is probable)
WORK1002 - 85% HD (anywhere from 82-86 is probable)
MKTG2002 - 88% HD (anywhere from 86-91 is probable)

Yeah, don't worry about it. Just wait until then.
i will it's just annoying to wait until then, that's all. especially if every other faculty gets their results

Maths results probably won't be finalised until at least December, so you're in the same boat as every other engineering and/or science student.

the number of people in a course doesn't seem to correlate to how quickly we get our results at usyd :p

for example,
mktg1001 - candidature of maybe 300-350? Final exam was completely multiple choice. Got results back 5 days after work1001

work1001 - essay based. candidature of around the same as marketing. got results back way before anyone else :p

World politics - multiple choice exam. candidature of 470. got results back the next day.

two hour exam, I walked out after finishing the exam in 15 minutes.

I didnt too badly on the exam got 30/40 but much better than most who stayed longer than me (which would be everyone, I left first).

People can't take multiple choice exams the right way: never second guess yourself.

i think it depends on the person. I second guess myself heaps on multiple choice exams and I generally do very well. Little things like not understanding what the question is asking, and noticing things in the answers you'd eliminated. My biggest worry with them is that all the answers I've rubbed out still show through (faintly), and that the computer might explode or automatically mark me wrong for putting down two answers. What a nerd

I doubt results are going to show this week.

Psyc1002 are getting their results back 3 weeks after the exam, which means next tuesday, and it was 100 multiple choice questions which the computer just spits through.
