I used to use capslock, but now I'm trying to improve my technique to shift.

shift is a more versatile key than cap locks. its much faster to use and plus you can type ~!@#$%^&*:D

I was forced to change when I started using linux more often cause caps lock sticks for too long after you turn it off.

geez, i can't believe your ipt class argues over it

but to answer your question, i use shift. unless i'm typing more than a couple of letters successively in capitols, then i use caps lock. but then, i never type more than a couple of in caps, so i don't use caps lock.

caps is only good when you type a whole chunk of things with punctuation :p

Shift = RSI = Social and Ethical issue to do with ergonomics.

LoL i'm such a loser......

Maybe that guy doing his speech should include the Shift vs Caps lock debate.

Well it depends on if you are yelling at someone online or not.
for example

Caps lock would be inefficient for the sentence:

The quick brown fox jumped over the lazy dog.

But would be efficient for:

"YOU STUPID LOSER FUCK , I'M GOING TO STAB YOU IN THE EYE....GO TO HELL"

lol...u serious, thatz what u argue about...how bout something more constructive!!! today we were saying how one of the people in our class didnt watch stargate/starwars, so were were teasing them about being uneducated, and how only smart people understand stargate...we waste so much time...
