Not sure about this- isn't sinx/x like defined as 1? So the first one would be 1/4 of that, equalling 1/4?

$\\ \lim_{x \rightarrow 0} \frac{\sin x}{4x} \\\\ = \frac{1}{4} \lim_{x \rightarrow 0} \frac{\sin x}{x} \\\\ = \frac{1}{4} \times 1 \\\\ = \frac{1}{4}$

$\\ \lim_{x \rightarrow 0} \frac{\tan \frac{x}{3}}{x} \\\\ = \lim_{x \rightarrow 0} \frac{\tan \frac{x}{3}}{3 \times \frac{x}{3}} \\\\ = \frac{1}{3} \times \lim_{x \rightarrow 0} \frac{\tan \frac{x}{3}}{\frac{x}{3}} \\\\ = \frac{1}{3} \times 1 \\\\ = \frac{1}{3}$
