what is this subject it seems to a subject chosen in year 11, but i have not seen it on this forum or on the BOS website.

At the start of the year, we choose what we wanted to do.

Our class choose the following:

First aid in our theory lessons.

Fitness, endurance training(i think), sport applications in our practical lessons.

It's a very boring subject imo (maybe because i hate it and was forced to choose it).

I do 1 unit slr btw.

Not a UAI subject. All the Islanders do it "Oi Sole, we have SLR now bra".

basically is like having more prac time in class than theory whereas pdhpe has more theory and less prac time

a non uai subject,
pretty much all sport and very minimal theory .

At my school it is four lessons prac, four lessons theory each fortnight.
Its a subject for those students who arent really interested in the theory side which is more PDHPE
