i just want to clarify if our creative writing has to be on a physical journey in the standard english HSC exam....as thats our area of study. Im just confused because one teacher told me it could be on any journey (imaginative etc) it just had to be a journey where a lesson was learnt, and another told me it had to be a physical journey. Also our creative writing task in the trials was based on a question that wasn't a physical journey.

only reason im caring is i have already written a really good short story that isn't really a physical journey......

any help would be much appreciated.....yew

No...your creative writing does not have to be on your focus (physical journeys). In fact, typically, the best responses incorporate two or three types into their piece. So it could be a physical, inner journey with imaginative elements.

But basically it can be any type you like.
