I was asked to drop relentlessly from advanced to standard as I got 6/15 (last out of 36 but if I got 3 marks more I would've came 15th) which was BS marking. So is it worth dropping to standard and come top 10 or even first, or stay in advanced and hope for the best.

Drop it if you really tried your best and still failed, otherwise keep going and improve on your erroneous ways.

Well you're last, I dunno you really have to improve. Also 3 more marks if 50% of your current mark, and is quite a difference in english

If you can avoid dropping then don't though :)

Dropping is a horrible idea and Standard scaling will murder your ATAR. So pretty much ^
