Hey all,
i know stargate is really just a pile of crap with b grade actors but seriously i cant get enough of it. i know the plots are unrealistic and suck butthole however i find myself drawn to it like a moth to a porch light every thursday nite. its weird. does any1 else find that strange or am i not alone??

i love it

Ive watched stargate from the beginning, i absolutely cant get enough. But id have to disagree with your critisicms of the show. The script is really good (richard dean anderson's lines are classic), and the character development through the series is great, especially amanda tappings experience being a gouald host.

The actors do a great job and i cant say that they are B-grade from their performances.

Along with Alias, this is my fav show on TV at the moment.

hmm yeah i know anderson definatley brings mcgyver into the show but sum how ive seen it all b4. he's lines are classic i agree i luv it. iis daniel coming back into the show i seem to get that impression as i have a feeling jonas is about to die. theres no way they coulda have both jonas and daniel playing the smart guy?

Yeah I'm a bit like you, it sort of traps you.. Like what's gonna happen to the people, Will the Universe be safe!!!. Had the same affect on me as some cartoons I used to watch as a kid...

i think ur talking about an episode i havent seen yet, cause in victorian TV we are a few ep's back. But as i understand daniel does come back, i think the 7th series.

oh no, thats cool, i already knew he left because we are so friggin behind in australia that i picked a lot of spoilers from US fan sites. We are in the 5th season and usa is up to 8th season.

Probably wanted a break, he was on stargate from the beggining, remember the stargate movie, he was one of the original, originals.

was he in the same role in the movie? i thought that was james spader?

umm.. It was so long ago I can't really remember, but I thought he was..

well i could be proven wrong, but to the best of my knowlege the series was spin off with none of the main stars kept. They made them look similar though, i thought the same thing till i realised it was james spader in the movie.

no im pretty sure daniels been in the same role since the begging daniel in the movie is definitley the daniel in the tv series

well, i just had a look on the net, and james spader was daniel in the movie, michael shanks is the danel in the show.

wow now way the resemblance is striking must be his long lost twin brother or exceptional makeup
