there is no need to use essay format, hospitality repsonses are extended responses, you do not need to persuade or argue just analyse
p.s. analyse means cause and effect, e.g. analyse legal issues, privacy: private information is often disclosed to establishments [cause], so establishments must enforce guidelines which fulfill the legislative requirements of the privacy ammendment 2000, and store information securely and not disclose it [effect].

i hate this so much.. we went to a study day and were told we were practically forbidden to write and essay. :angry:
essays are my thing.. dot points don't equate to a good answer.. yeah i understand it's a VET course.. but gah! our whole lives we've been taught to write essays, and now we just throw it out the window?
