so my eco teacher set 200 pages of straight eco topic 1 questions for the holidays on stuff she never taught because she didnt have time too as she goes way to slow. I did the first 100 pages, but gave up on the second 100 pages because it was useless work and teaching me nothing. Also she literally made it by just getting chatgpt to create the whole thing for her. She didn't even teach the last part of topic one and set this homework so we could self teach it ourselves. What is the point of having a teacher that doesn't even teach the content herself??

anyway this is ridiculous, I am not completing another 100pages of useless work she just chatgpted that literally take an insane amount of time.

The problem is that this is technically work that was assigned to you by your teacher and failure to complete it constitutes grounds for an N warning. Of course, your particular situation is slightly more complex than that given the apparent unfair expectation that you should complete assigned work without being taught or at least being introduced to the relevant content. In such a case, since the nature of the work assigned is questionable, you probably should not be at risk of an N warning. If your teacher is serious about giving you an N warning, it would be a good idea to escalate this to the head teacher and, if necessary, the principal.

On a similar note, if you do end up receiving an N warning, you should not worry too much about it since one N warning does not affect your ability to complete the subject, although you are better off without one of course. If you receive an N warning, you should do your utmost to ensure that you avoid receiving another N warning as that would lead to an N determination (N award), which is the element that prevents you from successfully meeting the subject's requirements and ultimately having it as part of your units, and possibly counting towards your ATAR.

I hope this helps! :D
