I aunt just gave me this book called 'The Gabriel Method' and wants me to read and translate it to her when I have finished (she's not good with english). She (who only weighs 75kg btw) bought this book from recommendations from her friends. So I quickly skimmed through the first 150 pages and from what I can gather, it is actually a 'revolutionary' way to lose weight without diets. You can find out more by googling this method, but I just wanted to let you people know that this is available (has been for over 2 years I think).
