I am looking for a high quality business studies case study. I've thought about Qantas but I want to be exposed to the opinion of others.

So which one would you recommend, and, if possible, why so?

I'd say go with Qantas as your major case study, accompanied with the Business Case Study Booklet. It covers most dotpoints relatively well. However you can get information for parts which they are a bit iffy about. This can include Apple Inc., Coca Cola Amatil, and McDonalds, where information is relatively accessible online.
