Q22. b)

Stimulus : Ace Tyre Fitters Pty Ltd has a majority of employees who are union members. The management team is not satifsfied with the work performance of a number of employees and would like to take action that may ultimately lead to the dismissal of some workers.

Q : Outline and recommand an appropriate grievance procedure that would be established and used by Ace Tyre Fitters Pty Ltd to help reslve the concerns of at least TWO stakeholders.

how would i approach this? I've got not qualms about a formal grievance procedure, however, how would I go about the "resolving the concerns of at least TWO stakeholders" part?

Cheers for the help guys :p

This is going to be a shocking reply and probably too little too late :)

A grievance procedure is a pre written/pre determined way of dealing with conflict. It is written/contructed by the business in a general form not particualrly for each concern/case.

The concerns of 2 stakeholders could be employees concerned about the OH&S of the work and therefore the grievance procedure would work to enable the employees and the employers to mediate and express/fix their problems.
