Time Limits - please help URGENT (1 Viewer)

Hi all,
In the syllabus for radio drama it says:

"The drama should have a playing time of 10-15 minutes. The tape or compact disc may include music and/or sound effects, which will not be included in the running time."


Does this mean that the radio drama can run over the 15 minute limit to say 20 minutes if it included 5 minutes of music/sfx?

I think any bits that aren't your voice but are either music solo's or just shit blowing up - are not counted towards your 10-15 minute limit. So, BASICALLY, you answered your own question ^^
