so why is it that there are members floating around with heaps bigger sigs (in terms of pictures) than mine and mine is the one to get told to make it smaller...?
what is the limit on content for signature?

Because everyone's against you, especially the butterfly, noone ever suspects the butterfly.

Mods and admins don't go checking the signatures of every member on BOS. If you feel a signature is too big, you can PM a moderator to have it looked at.

it's possible you post more than the others so seeing your sig over and over makes people notice it's big

My blend is 150*500 which i thought was message board ettique...my sig is overly big with the quotes tho...I should cut them off...

If people have big pics...direct them to the thread I made abt resizing pictures...It can b really annoying 4 dial up people if someone has a massive pic in their sig

I reckon there should be some limits...especially pic size wise....like i said b4 usually u wouldnt want a picture more than 150*500 pixels. It must be tough for the dialup pplz

meh, part of my sig got deleted ( i had a list of ppl who repped me to reach my 2nd box) it got delted cuz its on the line of rep begging. ehh fair enough. but it wasnt my intention

I don't really care how big peoples signatures are. I'd rather people not have big pictures or multiple quotes in there but I don't care enough to complain about it. Something simple should be good enough I reckon.

The second part of mine; "It's been 2005 years, I don't think he's coming back." got deleted a while ago. Obviously someone didn't like it, but I don't see any problem with it so I put it back.

If people have a problem with sig sizes or contents, they can just as easily turn them off like I chose to do a few months after I signed up. Half the time I don't even realise that I have a signature because I can't see it.

To add to what others have said (broken record alert), a 'bad' sig is a cross between content and size.. it's highly possible that large sigs go unnoticed because they're not frequent posters

Re. miss_gtr's signature, I was notified by several people about both size and content.
