Is anyone else doing Torts this semester? Or even if you did it previously I was just wondering if anyone would be able to show me an example of a well answered Torts assignment because I did pretty bad and was hoping to look at where I went wrong and how I would go about answering such questions in the future?

Anything would be appreciated, including links to somewhere where I could view tips on Torts questions or stuff...

Well people from my class were asked by Susan if she could keep their assignment to put on closed reserve so maybe she'll do that soon, she also told us she will get some feedback up on webct soon. I'd show you mine but the structure was poor so it wont help you much.

It might be easier to organise a time to talk to your tutor and they can give you specific feedback.

Yep I talked to her last week.

She said the library wont hold the sample assignment but they will put it up on webct I think.

The problem you will find with law is that everyone has a different way of answering the problem. Certainly practice makes perfect.
