I've enrolled into a Bcomm/Law at Macq this year hoping to transfer to unsw law next year just asking any1 whos managed this transfer from Macq will you recieve credit for the units studied even though Macq for instance does Jurisprudence the first year which unsw doesnt. Will I have to start the degree all over again?

With any program or course, you get advanced standing for subjects you have already completed. Speaking in general, the subjects you have done already are substituted with the ones at UNSW, it doesn't mean your a step ahead.

If your successful with your transfer, you bring along the course/subject outlines from Macquarie and the head of program will look at the subjects you have already done which closely matches the ones offered at UNSW.
