I was just reading through my notes and I came across 'Trends In Financial Markets And Their Implications For Business Financial Needs' - also in the syllabus.

Just curious, how do the trends in Financial Markets affect business' financial needs exactly? The trends include: Accounting Principles, Ownership of shares, Commodity Prices, Technology, Globalisation, Taxation and new Management of securities.

I somehow can't jot the dots very clearly. Help?

Thanks but what I'm asking is that how do those trends have any influence over the business's financial needs. If that makes sense. Like how does a decrease in commodity price or an increased integration of global financial markets have anything to do with Business's financial needs?


Is there something simple that I'm overseeing?
