whats the degree of difficulty in transferring from a BA at Usyd to arts/bus at macq?

I highly doubt it would be difficult at all. Comm at usyd is around 70 ish WAM, so a cred average would probably get you the transfer - you should call them up and check - they will give you a rough idea.
