VO2 MAX test (treadmill) and Beep test (1 Viewer)

Can anyone help me out im trying to think up some of the strengths and weaknesses of the VO2 max test and the beep test. Also the accuracy of each.

Strengths:
The Beep Test is a pretty standard test for aerobic fitness as used by many organisations where fitness is required as an entry test.

The Beep test score can be used to determine your VO2 max.

Easy to administer

Weaknesses:

I guess like any test there weakness is in the fact that you can train for the test. ie if you are familiar with the test you will likly do better.

Doesnt take into account running ability, height etc that may increase score.
