Waiving prerequisites (1 Viewer)

USYD no longer offers the Bachelor of Arts (Adv) that used to allow you to attempt higher level units, so I had to enrol in a normal degree. The first year units for some subjects look boring - has anyone ever tried getting directly into second year units?

in the case of languages, if you have studied a particular language during high school or elsewhere, you may be legible to start on second year.

im not sure about the other things like history and politics etc. but youll have to ask xD

I know that for HSTY/GOVT/ECOP its very unlikely they'll give you a prereq waiver for them. Some USSC subjects might though.
