Does anyone know where to find out the required WAM for exchange partners in the US for Sydney uni??? If anyone knows you mind posting them up/telling me where you got em from???

Having just applied for exchange (albeit at another country) I can tell you that the USyd requirement is a credit average over at least 1 year of university study. It goes without saying that better grades will increase the competitiveness of your application.

Go talk to the international office for more info. The deadline for exchange applications for first semester 2007 has passed, the deadline for second semester is in october.

The WAM's are generally not absolute, but relative. An exchange to University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill (which is one of the better unis, if not the best offered) requires around about 78 or above for a relatively solid application.

So this place beats IVY league aswell?? :S
