Hey,
For the dotpoint about wavelengths detected by vertebrates and invertebrates, the only info i could find on the net was on that hsc online site, but they definately got it wrong for the mantis shrimp, because it says 400-700 even though it can see UV which doesnt fall in that range - does anyone else have any better data?

Invertebrates:
Honey Bees: Can see visible light and UV light. (700-300 nm)
Mantis shrimp: Can see visible light and UV light. (640-400 nm)

I just copy and pasted that from my assessment. So I'm not entirely sure where the information came form.
