hey,

what you think of this IT program at UTS? is it true that IT is worthless compared to computer science programs?

How does the future look like for IT compared to CS ?


I was considering to take computing & data analytics major from the link below.

If you are looking for "practical" courses then this one is good.. my personal view is that kind of knowledge doesn't need to be taught.. so better off doing some real computer science.

And I think they are doing things in the wrong order. Things like business requirements modellign and applications programming should be place right at the back so that people know enough about programming and computing to understand what the major issues are.
