lol, I spent the last month bulking. It was pretty common for me to eat during a day:
- a whole pizza
- 3L of milk
- 1kg of meat, which I'd cook in a lot of olive oil.
Some days I'd wake up at midday - they were hell because I'd have a meal to eat every hour! mum's all like 'you should enjoy what you eat, not just eat to bulk up, rah rah rah' so everytime I went for more food she'd quiz me:
'Oliver, do you want to eat a plate of mince?'
Me: 'Yes mum'
'Then okay'
I've put on 4kg in a little over 2 months, some has been fat (though not much at all) so I'm cutting back a little, particually on the milk.
