hey..guys..

what uai can a person expect if they go to a good comprehensive high school and their ranks for subjects like 4umaths, adv eng, eco n physics are within top 5 to top10? what ranks do u need to have in order to score a uai of 95 to 97?

My cousin did his HSC at Sefton in 2002 with similar subjects, and didn't get any ranks really close to the top and still got 97.

So owning noobs in a noob school can get you a nicen uai, only to get owned in university by pros who come first in a pro school (e.g selective)

I'm doing the exact same subjects as jaisy88 and i go to a pretty good selective school. Ranking top10 in 4u math, average for eng adv, bit below average for eco and physics...uai estimate?

erm at normo you would get around low to mid 90s.

You should ask around in the grade above you, since it may be quite unlikely that anyone from your school, with that kind of UAI, still hangs around BOS. If not, post your school here and we'll all help. You really only need about a high 80's average in your final HSC marks to get close to 97.
