Hey everyone!
This is my first post here, and well I just wanted to say hi for a start. I'm going into Year 11 this year and am both anxious as well as excited. So I was just wondering what things ( stationery ) do you recommend I buy considering these are my subjects: maths, maths extension, English advance, English extension, chemistry, biology and society & culture. Like folders, books etc thank you all!! Also any tips for year 11?? I'm really scared

Well for your subjects you need pens, whiteout, pencil (for science), rubber, highlighter

Folder/books depends if you want to use a book or a folder. Different things work for different people in terms of organisation and it. Comes down to personal preference.

Don't be Too scared about. Year 11. It's a good year in that you get to establish study habits that you may not have previously had, as well as. Get an experience for what you will be doing in your hsc year. Remember that even though it doesn't count, most of the knowledge is still fundamental to what you will learn in year 12 or at least utilise similar techniques. Just study regularly as well as balancing your social life and you'll be fine.

Just remember that your school doesn't always know what's right for you. Only you know that, or if you don't then year 11 is the time for you to find out.

Depends how you want to organise your work this year :) but typical stuff like pens (rec: uni ball!), pacer or pencil for math, etc. you might need a journal for soco (y12 pip, so keep that in mind if you continue) and exercise books or loose leafs.

Don't worry too much about year 11, there are plenty of threads posted about how to deal and cope with joining the senior ranks of your school so I suggest you check that out :)
